Hands on.\n\n(half an hour break)\n\n– Learning multiple techniques and applying them using the different spaces and structures.\n\n–  Int roduction to MadMapper 3\n\n- Hands-on!\n\n2nd Session >\;>\; Sunday\n \n– Projection mapping on different surfaces.\n\n– Creating content an d live techniques.\n\n- Introduction to Mini Mad and DMX light control wit h MadMapper\n\n(half an hour break)\n\n– Creation and presentation of a specific group project.\n\nAt the end of this workshop you will be able to :\n\n– Create various projections simultaneously\n\n– Shape light into objects and spaces\n\n– Project management and networking with local an d international communities.\n\nThis workshop is for artists\, graphic des igners\, architects and anybody interested.\n\nSupported by Modul8 &\; MadMapper\n\nTech requirements:\n\nBring your own computer. A Mac laptop with Osx 10.7 is recommended . 10.6 is not supported.\n\nYou can bring also If you have\, midi controll er\, projector\, model/shape you want to map on\,  DMX controller (Artnet \, Enttec or Minimad)\n\n \;\n\n \;\n\n \;\n\nMENTOR\n\nBlanca Regina  www.whiteemotion.com\n\n \;\n\nDr Blanca Regina Pérez-Busta mante is an educator\, artist and curator\, based in London.\n\nShe is inv olved in creating mixed media performances\, installations and film and is currently teaching as lectures of Events and Experience Design at the Sch ool of Fine Arts and Music in the University of Kent.\n\nHer research and practice encompass expanded cinema\, free improvisation\, moving image\, p hotography and audiovisual performance. She has published various texts an d conducted several workshops and talks internationally focusing on Audiov isual\, New Media and Performance Art (Universidad de Puerto Rico\, Univer sity of Canterbury\, Goldsmiths University\, Festival Internacional de Cin e de Las Palmas\, La Creación Electrónica\, La Casa Encendida) and she h as presented several conferences with AVAcademy in Moscow and St. Petersbu rg (Russia).\n\nHer workshops are supported by Modul8 and MadMapper.\n\nBl anca is also a curator.  In 2012\, with Steve Beresford\, she started Str ange Umbrellas\, a platform for free improvised music and visual art and l ater Unpredictable Series. Her performances include collaborations with ar tists such as Leafcutter John\, Steve Beresford and Matthias Kispert. Last works include Unpredictable\, a film about musician and artist Terry Day.
