 \n\n‘Narrating Structures’ is an intensive 2 days workshop led by digi
 tal artist Blanca Regina introducing projection mapping. Ideal for graphic
  designers\, architects\, artists\, musicians and anyone with an interest.
  Together you will look at the diverse techniques for the production of au
 dio-visual projects video and light mapping and its application in artisti
 c and creative practice. For the purposes of ArtFutura\, Blanca will be fo
 cusing on teaching you how to stream your mapping content into a streaming
  service.\n\nBy the end of the 2 days workshop you will be able to create 
 various projections simultaneously and learn how to stream your mapping co
 ntent into a streaming service. The workshop includes a 1- month full acce
 ss temporary license of MadMapper and entitles participants to an educatio
 nal discount for a MapMapper software purchase.\n\nDay 1 - Saturday 17 Apr
 il\, 12 mid-day - 3pm (includes 20 minutes break)\nIntroduction to partici
 pants and workshop leader Blanca Regina will give you some background info
 rmation of her field of work.\nStudy of multiple video mapping projects an
 d video design for streaming.\nAn introduction to the projection mapping s
 oftware programme MadMapper 4\n(20 minutes break)\nLearn multiple techniqu
 es and applying them using different spaces and structures.\nOpportunity f
 or hands-on practice.\n\nDay 2 - Sunday 18 April\, 12 mid-day - 3pm (inclu

 on Friday 16 April at 9pm\n\nAbout the artist Blanca Regina\n\nDr. Blanca 
 Regina Pérez-Bustamante is an artist\, independent curator\, and educator
  based in London.She is currently involved in creating audio-visual perfor
 mances\, sound works\, installations\, and film.Her research and practice 
 encompass video mapping\, sound art\, moving image\, performance\, and mul
 timedia events.\n\nShe has taught more than 30 video mapping workshops wor
 ldwide. In 2019 she developed the research project ‘Immersive Pipeline
 ’ at Goldsmiths University\, looking at immersive audio-visual environme
 nts and the translation of artworks to multiple digital formats. She has c
 urated with Unpredictable Series in London a series of sound and visual ar
 t events in London at Cafe OTO\, OTO Projects\, Iklectik\, Ray’s Jazz at
  Foyles\, Waterstones\, and Portland Hall (CREAM/ University of Westminste
 r). Supporters of our projects include Cream\, Crisap\, Sound &amp\; Music
 \, and Arts Council England.\n\nSince 2014 associate lecturer at the Event
  and Experience Design department at the University of Kent. From 2011-201
 4 she was visiting research fellow at Chelsea College of Arts &amp\; Desig
 n at the University of the Arts London. In 2010\, she received a doctorate
  in Humanities from University Rey Juan Carlos\, Madrid\, with the thesis:
  The VJ and audio-visual performance: towards a radical aesthetic of postm
